We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, as it was next to the bus station, making it easy for us to explore different areas of the city. We also loved the convenience of having a coffee shop right behind the reception, where we could grab a quick caffeine fix before heading out for the day. the airport was also just a short distance away, so we didn't have to worry about rushing to catch our flight. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, always willing to help with any request we had. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from both western and Asian cuisines. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from our room, which added to the overall pleasant stay.
The gym facilities were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area with easy access to transportation, as mentioned by some reviews. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern and clean bathrooms. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, providing good service. The breakfast is sufficient to start the day, while some additional facilities like a swimming pool and bar are available for guests to enjoy.
The hotel needs to work on improving its responsiveness to guests' requests and providing clear information, as mentioned by some reviews.

The buffet breakfast on the outdoor terrace was amazing. the view of the busy streets from above was a great way to start the day. the staff at the restaurant were attentive and helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many restaurants nearby and a shopping district just a short walk away. the room was clean and had a cool feature - a light control box that made it easy to turn off the lights without getting up. the infinity pool on the 10th floor provided a stunning view of the city.
The hotel looked a bit outdated, but it was still clean and comfortable. Some people in our group complained about the noise from the busy street outside.

The buffet breakfast was a great way to start my day, with a variety of flavorful options to choose from. I also loved the pool on the 10th floor, offering a stunning view of the city. the hotel's location was convenient, with many restaurants and a shopping district just a short distance away.
Although my room was clean, the furniture looked somewhat outdated. the air conditioning in the hotel's outdoor restaurant area could have been better, as it was a bit too warm for my liking.
